Drawings: Have files, logos, napkin sketches, or just an idea? We have in-house 3-D modeling capabilities, though vector file formats are preferred (DXF, DWG, EPS, AI, SVG).

Quantity: How many castings will you need? Consider the lifetime of your product to help us determine the necessary tooling. Is it a long-term production part or a limited run?

Lead Time: Do you have a specific deadline? We generally request 4-6 months for custom production after project proposals are signed. Rush processing may be available in some cases.

Packaging: Need these POP-ready or nestled into gift boxes? Let us know your packaging needs, and we’ll make it happen.

Budget: Serious inquiries only, please. Custom cookware is an investment, and most new projects start around $10,000. If this gives you pause, consider refining your request before reaching out.

Commercial Grade, Electric Custom Waffle Maker Appliance

Stovetop, Non-Electric Waffle Makers: Our next exciting product line, following the commercial waffle makers, has launch as of June 2024. These consumer-facing, market-savvy promotional products or company gifts will feature customizable 9-inch cast iron waffle plates for stovetop use. Priced between $160-$190 each, they will include custom tooling charges in the $4K - $6K range. Minimum order quantities are 200 waffle makers (2 plates), with a 7-9 month lead time for full order delivery.

Consumer-Facing / Residential Grade Electric Waffle Makers: At this time, we are not working with any residential electric waffle maker models. Due to significant IP and safety hazards associated with modifying existing electric waffle makers, and the use of aluminum and non-stick coatings on the plates designed for these appliances, this remains a long-term future project—if at all. As we are committed to cast iron, this option may not be available anytime soon.
